Since Jan 2020 I have been in the role of the JDE Platform Manager where now i am the technical owner of the entire JDE landscape and I have added to my job a lot new activities, processes and responsibilities such as server budget control, project planning, compliance duties, and lead new initiatives.Main responsibilities:• Control and approve Server budget• Maintain the system reliability• Review compliance processes • Approve Production changes • Upgrades planning• Datacenter migration project(Azure)• Standalones guidance on processes and new initiativesAlso I joined the Azure Migration Train on the role of PO for the JDE Migration to Azure, where i am not only a PO but as well a 50% Dev team member due to the lack of resources and also my open will to learn a new technology.As PO/Dev I have been exposed to Agile methodologies, Azure Technologies, scripting languages as Ansible, Python, containers and other interesting capabilities.

I have been working in Chevron for two years, where I became the SME (Subject Matter expert) for the Front-end processes plus my regular activities as system administrator. Main responsibilities:• Provide end to end support to the entire JDE infrastructure, across different OS, platforms.• Plan the outage activities• Plan and execute Proof of concepts projects• Automation of Linux repetitive process• SQL queries creation and execution.• Compliance maintenance• Participate in upgrade projects• Provide architecture requirements for the Cloud migration• Coordinate application patching with the different standalones (Nigeria, Indonesia and Kazakhstan)• Coordinate the Front-end upgrade with Nigeria.• Provide training and assistance to the standalones in any topic required• Create and update the Front-end documentation.
