Prepare, review, and present montly reporting: forecast, revenues, sales pipeline opex, variation reports vs AOP, etc. Projects*: standardization and automation of reporting and processes.

In charge of FP&A activities such as: financial modeling (revenues, cost, Opex, Capex, SG&A, etc.) budgeting, forecasting, growth analysis, etc. Automation and standardizations of financial processes: ERP implementation, accounting, AP/AR, BP with directors. Projects*: SAP Project lead in design of financial dimensions, master data, transactional data, and reporting.

In charge of FP&A and controlling activities such as: budget, forecasting, P&L analysis, BS analysis, GL Accounting, IFRS, and GAAPs. Prepare, review, and present montly reporting: rolling forecast, sales, WH/stock, P&L, opex, and capex. Serve as BP with other departments: opex vs. budget, follow-up, sales targets, provisions, expansion projects, PR/PO approvals, and financial dimensions. Implementation of standardization: BP processes.

In charge of Monthly Information System: budget, forecast, WH/stock, P&L review, BS review.Serve as supervisor for accounts payable, receivables, opex, capex, budget, bank reconciliations, etc.Serve as BP with other departments. Implementation of standardization: Assets capitalizationand PR/PO processes.

Prepare monthly reporting: vol&mix, manufacturing cost (RM, L&OH, SCM), vehicle distribution (local and US), and Hoshin Kanri presentation to directors. Preparation of budget & forecasts for corporatestakeholders. Costing and specs analysis for NP300 vehicles. Implementation of financial automation*: standardization and connection of inventory systems for Mexico Sites.
