About UsIn 2007 I had the urge to try something different. I started off baking only cheesecakes for family and friends over the holidays. The word got out!!!Soon after in months to follow family kept calling & putting in request for parties and events, friends asking me if I could make this, if could make that. Keep in mind that I also made other foods for them other than just baked goods at the time my focus was baking. Over the years that pasted I started selling my home made cheesecakes at work and they were a hit from start to finish.Years went by and in late 2012 I started working in Chardon, Ohio part time in the juvenile/probate court house annex. I didn’t waste any time with sharing my baked goods with my co-workers out there. They fell in love with everything and came back to order more.One day the judge came to me and asked if I did more than just desserts. I told him that I can but I never thought about doing anything more than just my deserts but I was sure that I could do something for him. He went on and asked me if I could cater a breakfast meeting for him with a small breakfast buffet. I replied I’ll see what I can do.The day of the breakfast meeting came, I set up, they ate, had their meeting and after the meeting the judge booked me "THECHEESECAKEMAN" for the rest of the year for every morning meeting. I was even invited to cater his re-election dinner at his home, what an honor. What can I say the rest is history. With the help of my little brother Arthur who also does photography and a few others I started my business and became "THECHEESECAKEMAN” event planner, caterer, photography and more.
