 Preparation of General Motors cheques, purchase orders, correspondence and other documents regarding vehicle purchase like GM invoices, vehicle import documents, speed governor stickers and certificates. Maintaining the filing systems and ensure that all documents are filed in the relevant files. Act as a liaison for Ryce East Africa and to the various vehicle body companies around industrial area as well as ensuring customer vehicles at the body builders are built on time as per the customer specifications. Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all complaints and issues. Facilitate on how vehicles will be taken for inspection at NTSA. Ensure that all vehicles purchased from general motors’ have all the necessary tools and equipments along with all the necessary documentation. Supervising Ryce East Africa drivers as well as monitor their where about at all times.  Coordinate with sales agents on customer vehicle allocation, body building choice and receiving of bank approvals.  Coordinating with various General Motors authorized dealers’ country wide on matters involving First Free Service, Minor and Major Service for Ryce East Africa customers. Processing of vehicles that are about to be delivered to the customer by ensuring that they have tools and spare wheel, service books and owner’s manuals, inspection and speed governor stickers, fuel depending on the vehicle type as well as prepare customer file with various documents. Personal Assistant to the General Manager and any other duties as instructed by the Human Resource Manager
