In this job, I had been working as a SCRUM Master of two teams of 4-5 developers each one, plus a product manager and a product owner. All the projects are being developed as Apps for Thermo Fisher Cloud the cloud made by scientists for scientists. In my role, I helped the teams to follow the SCRUM process, to grow up as a software development team and I was focused to ensure that every sprint the team had a free of impediment and distraction work environment to release a cost-effective minimum viable product.One team works as a research and development team in the Mass Spectrometry area. We work in new ways to analyze the data acquired by Mass Spectrometer devices with an approach of distributed computing and pre-processed data presentation. The achievements of this team include: in less than one year the release of a PoC for internal company testing, with significant reductions in the price and time in Mass-Pec data analysis process (e.g. Reduce the time in some analysis from 30 hours in a desktop application to 10 seconds at a 0.0002 USD Dollar-cost in a Cloud App). When I leave the company the team was in the final phase to release their second PoC addressed to pharmaceuticals, using Ontologies to reduce the time in the medicines´ research and testing live cycle.The second team has been working in a Lab Inventory manager, close to being released in their first phase. This application will interact with many core layers of services in the company in a market that represent more than seven billion USD dollars in sales and more than one and a half billion USD dollar in revenues.

With close colleagues from the university, we offered the development of tailor-made software projects for local businesses under the pseudonymous "Coasters", same as our soccer team. We ran it besides other responsibilities, like school or formal jobs. We were split around the world, and as I remain in Mexico we decided that I'll be responsible for the client-facing, contract negotiation, requirements getting, and general follow-up. The project that we are proud of the most was a full system to administrate a dental clinic for Taller Fusión Dental with several modules like Inventory, Accounts, Dental clinic evaluation, Agenda, Client expedients, People Management, System administration and roles management, Pricing and promotions. The result was a Functional CRM, developed under the SCRUM methodology with me as Product Owner and SCRUM Master (this for budget reasons). The final product allows the company to manage a dental clinic franchise through several functionalities.

I won two projects in outsourcing for an important media agency in Mexico for the El Palacio de Hierro a large chain of malls, the projects were, the 125th anniversary of the Mall and the wish list application for 2014´s Christmas and in outscoring too for other media agency a Native IOS App for the hotel chain Best Western in Mexico and a Facebook App game to promote the release of the movie The Hunger Games - Catching Fire in Mexico and a Large Scale CRM and learning platform to managing a franchise for Crecerem an enterprise coaching company In Mexico.

In this job I had two main responsibilities, develop and redesign new modules for Encourage a proprietary Huma Resources CRM with more than 8000 active users. And visit customers in order to show them the software to get new customers, sell new modules and give support and training in the application.I helped in the design and development of several modules in the CRM as the Climate and enterprise Culture module, Objectives Managing Module, and the Competitions Module. In the sales area with the supervision of my direct boss, we get two new important clients that represent a growing up of more than 250% of the users of the application and two more consulting projects for a chain of hotels and a Sushi restaurant chain.

In this job, I had the responsibility to systematize and create a web platform to display the Analysis of data generated in the FESAL project.I created a database for easy consultation, fill with information gathered from statistics of 15 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. Also perform a web application, to try to find correlation between countries, using a clustering approximation.
