•Optimise the Asset Liability Management (ALM) position of the Group to achieve the best balance between risk and return (thereby maximising return on capital) whilst protecting the Group’s balance sheet from downside market and credit risk.•Responsible for managing the Group’s exposures through hedging the Group balance sheet and advising business units on local hedge structuring and implementation.
