Solid technical and project management background.With more than 20 years of experience managing engineering teams in Automotive and HVAC industry, I have developed both a strong technical and project management background, as well as a recognized leadership and decision making capacities.I have had the opportunity to manage engineering teams in the USA and in Luxembourg before to come back to France. I have also had significant interactions with technical centers, manufacturing locations and suppliers all over the world (US, Japan, China, Korea, Brazil, Hungary… ). I have developed a strong global mindset and ability to deal with different cultures.I like very much the technical challenges in my job and feel comfortable setting priorities and making decisions.What motivates me is learning, challenges and pushing the boundaries of my comfort zone.
