As a project manager and educator, I leverage my 12+ years of experience as a DEI consultant and advocate to lead projects and facilitate work on inclusion, diversity, and belonging. I am specialized in diversity recruitment and most of my projects are focused on leadership development and inclusive communication. I work with a diverse team of experts, trainers, and partners to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that foster a culture of respect, empathy, and collaboration among individuals and organizations.My passion for social justice stems from my international background and academic studies in humanities and social sciences. I have Master's degrees in Peace and Development Research and International Development Cooperation and a diploma in Conflict Resolution. I have published reports and a book on topics such as gender equality, sustainable development and power critical communication. I am fluent in English, Swedish, French, and Spanish, and I am adept at facilitating team work and education in different languages and cultural contexts.
