As a result, I could produce monthly reporting twice as fast. Additionally, I revamped financial reporting to scale with the strategy of funnel diversification and provided monthly updates of COGS instead of yearly.Notably, I developed a model determining optimal order quantities, integrated into the supplier purchasing order tool. Connected to the product database, this tool fed a schedule used company-wide for communication and product release coordination and reduced inventories by 10%.As the product owner of the internal back-office tool, I facilitated its shift from a single sales funnel to a multi-funnel system, integrating marketplaces like Zalando and Galeries Lafayette.
