Responsibilities in my role include:• Completely restructured how Passport responds to RFPs by creating processes to ensure the relevancy of responses, overhauled the Prop Ops organization to create clear role growth, and brought cross functional teamwork to the core of each project work stream. • Have procured over $12 million of revenue in deal value for the sales team to close since 2019, with another $4 million projected through the end of 2022. • Have held an average win rate of 30% between 2019-2021 even while taking a hit in influx volume due to COVID-19. • Directly managed a team of three-six employees in responding to RFPs including 1:1 collaboration, directing the coordination between the Prop Ops team and sales, product, solutions engineering, legal and more, and the buildout and completion of all projects. • Lead the creation of skeleton RFPs and other relevant pre-project documents to ensure the company was prepared for current client renewals and upgrades. • Responsible for hiring and training new talent to keep the team fresh and growing.

• Responsible for scoping and executing RFPs end to end; prepping for and leading Round Table meetings, cross-team content coordination and writing, proofreading and submitting final copies.• Worked with all internal teams to gather content and ensure the content reflects current marketing themes. Assisted in building out a content library for storing and sharing proposal content.• Lead a data compilation project to better scope time/cost variables in order to make smarter decisions around when to respond to RFPs. • Perfected the ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.• Revamped the way in which proposals were sent out; assisted in designing custom shipping boxes, tissue paper and specialty postcards.

• Identified potential sales opportunities in the Southern region of the US.• Worked to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through cold calls, client meetings and presentations.• Responsible for writing all RFPs that were required to gain business.
