About Emma Richardson

I am an experienced HR Director, having worked for three years in India (start-up), and worked on projects in the Middle East, Kenya, Hong Kong and USA, all the time prioritising the development of client relationships. I understand the challenges both operational and commercial of managing an HR function; from overseeing all aspects of the employee life-cycle to devising strategy, operational deployment, transformation management, managing budgets and guiding board directors and an HR team members.
