I work with a collaborative, pragmatic, coaching mindset to achieve results, flexing my approach to meet the needs of colleagues and key stakeholders.I have over 30 years’ human resources experience across a range of industry sectors, including professional services. My areas of interest include: employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, learning and development, coaching and leading HR transformation. I have worked both in-house and advising clients on people matters across the entire employee lifecycle, with a real passion for wellbeing, and diversity, equity and inclusion, and delighted to comment in the media or speak at an event. PwC Africa Business Group - HC Leader, working with Senior Partners to strengthen the UK-Africa Alliance. Project Manager for an acquisition into PwC LLP, overseeing all work streams, liaising with target client and managing communications with all stakeholders. HC lead – September – January 2014 Joint Venture bid in the education sector. Contributed until PQQ stage, re-joining Implementation team in June 2014. Organisational Design Lead – January-May 2014 Designed and developed a model to transform a global L&D function. Led global work-stream, facilitated/participated in numerous global workshops.

Headed up the Human Capital function for a start-up service delivery centre. Recruiting staff, developing policies, ensuring compliance to Indian legislation and growing the business to support clients in over 47 countries. Employed 2,500+ staff. For the period June 2012 - June 2013, took on the responsibility as Director for Transformation and Change, overseeing a number of discreet projects, as well as the opening of a 2nd site in Bangalore.
