I have 13+ years of experience in recruitment, leading global hiring. I've built and developed large and small teams virtually and in-office, and partnered with business stakeholders at all levels up to Executives. I've been responsible for all recruiting strategy, data and reporting on key recruitment metrics and team productivity, global headcount planning, and more. In addition, I spent a year as an HR Business Partner, handling employee relations, performance management, coaching, talent development, succession planning, job leveling and compensation review.British-born and fortunate to have lived in London, Japan, South Korea, San Francisco and Texas, and am now a US citizen. I've experienced different cultures and philosophies along the way. Traveled to over 30 countries so far, and always looking for local cuisine and finding that local spot off the beaten track. I've left my passport under a pillow in Athens, been saved from missing a flight in Hanoi thanks to a speedy cab driver, slept in a ger in Mongolia, ridden the Trans-Mongolian railway in platzcart, walked on the frozen Lake Baikal in winter, and taken a cooking class in Lima. Can't wait for more adventures, and learning from the people I encounter!
