  - Oversee all programming and program staff at the PGP, a multi-state educational justice organization that supports the academic goals of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people through high-quality tutor- Manage director-level staff, tracking and supporting their work towards organizational goals- Collaborate with the PGP’s CEO to set short-term organizational goals, strategize around staffing and role responsibilities, and develop the PGP’s next strategic plan - Lead efforts to shape workplace culture amongst remote staff through weekly staff meetings, semesterly kickoff events, internal learning opportunities, and social gatherings- Collaborate with external experts to refine the organization’s use of technological solutions and develop and implement organizational data privacy and security practices - Function as the Salesforce administrator for the PGP’s data system and collaborate with consultants to make ongoing improvements and build solutions to centralize all data and programmatic tasks
