This Business Operations position covers a wide range of both business and logistical experience in addition to hands-on experience within the production line. Through these responsibilities in both the human resources office and the shop itself, I juggle different sets of hard and soft skills such as team collaboration, clear and effective communication, time management, attention to detail, customer service, and networking. As for the marketing aspect of this position, I am conducting research and creating blogs for the company's website.
