My primary project throughout this role was my short-form video series, "The ABCs of STEM." This series garnered over 131,000 views and brought in record engagement for STEM Education Works' Instagram page.-Implement Instagram Reels to increase account engagement rate from an average of 8.85% per month to an average of 69.47% per month.-Identify and revise errors in Google Analytics dashboard to clarify analytic data regarding our customers.-Conduct monthly analytic reports for each social media platform to identify which strategies are working, and which strategies need updating in the following month.-Compile a media list of relevant publication personnel for future pitching campaign.-Interview professionals within the STEM industry to gain a better understanding of relevant STEM topics for social media content.

-Launch a Google Ads campaign for a local nonprofit that resulted in 1.73k clicks and 18.8k impressions within 21 days.-Pitch client’s business to relevant media outlets to garner public recognition, leading to an interview with Inside Indiana Business.-Research relevant SEO keywords to implement on client websites and Google Ads to increase clients’ organic reach online.-Produce audience-specific email copy to increase volunteer turnout for a client’s annual volunteer event.-Utilize brand/audience guides, content pillars, and SEO to collaborate with fellow account coordinators to ensure client branding and voice is consistent across all media channels.
