• Worked with the Event Coordinator to book, prepare, and manage events from 30-300 people in four restaurants. • Pre-event responsibilities included hosting food and wine tastings for prospective clients, and reviewing client contracts • Day of event responsibilities includes managing the event independently on behalf of the event coordinator, communicating the event contract to the Executive Chef, serving, and bar staff,providing tech support for sound and light systems, and working with externally contracted decorators, musicians, photographers.• Prepared post event written evaluation covering points of the coordination process with recommendations to improve future events and client experience.
