I have extensive and varied experience in career transition, performance enhancement, general counselling and psychological assessment. I have worked closely with elite athletes at the Australian Institute of Sport and consult in the fields of performance, health, wellbeing, and stress management to both athletes and businesspeople alike. Skills include one-on-one consultations, counselling, coaching,and psychological assessments, as well as development and delivery of group-based training programmes across a range of areas. I hold Undergraduate (honours) and Masters degrees in Psychology. I am a registered psychologist with AHPRA, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society, serving as a committee member on the Victorian branch of the College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists.
