Emma has more than two decades of experience in integrated Multicultural marketing, communications, and advertising. Emma guided hundreds of small businesses and several non-profit organizations to tell their stories, connect with the people they care about most, and use communications to inspire action.She was responsible for publishing the annual business and community publications for some of the most influential Hispanic Chambers of Palm Beach County and Florida. These prominent figures include; the Florida Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce, Puerto Rican Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for Palm Beach County, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County.Along with founding Tres Communications, Emma also developed specialty divisions of the company: Tres Digital Solutions, Tres Multicultural, Tres Publishing, and Archer Impressions.Prior to founding Tres Communications, Emma held a career in advertising, working in print media, radio, and television for Cox Enterprises (The Palm Beach Post & La Palma Newspaper) and iHeart Media. Emma also worked as an entertainment reporter for Mega TV, channel 57.Being an active and influential community leader is at the center of Emma's craft. Emma is on the Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County board, serving as Director of Public Relations. She was also a board member of the Hispanic Education Coalition of Palm Beach County, where she served as Director of Communications from 2017 to 2020.Emma earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts of Communications with a concentration in management, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Sacred Heart University of Puerto Rico. She also earned a Master's in Journalism from Florida International University in Miami. She was born and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, where she travels to enjoy her culture and people. Emma is married with two daughters.
