With over 15 years of Environmental Management System (EMS) experience as a federal contractor and civilian for the military, I am a dedicated EMS Program Coordinator at NAVFAC LANT. I have a master's degree in Coastal Environmental Management from Duke University and a certification as an EMS Lead Auditor. I have also participated in multiple environmental education and volunteer community outreach programs, demonstrating my commitment to environmental awareness and stewardship.In my current role, I provide full support to NAVFAC in the implementation of processes and practices that enable the reduction of environmental impacts, increase operating efficiency, and ensure that environmental requirements are met while supporting mission readiness. I am responsible for the development and execution of integrated EMS and Compliance Audit schedules for NAVFAC, by as well as the assessment and improvement of the program based on data and metrics.
