A Graphic Design/Multimedia business based at Bankstown NSW. The variety of work in this job has been extensive. Regular jobs that I complete include the design of logos, newspaper and magazine ads, websites, flash ads, invitations, email signatures and postcards.

Roles include: · Answering and directing incoming telephone calls · Generating reports daily to check cash register variances · Counting and balancing the cash float held in company safe · Resolving customer issues · Maintaining company database reporting for customer compliments/complaints · Assist managing staff scheduling database - generating rosters for department managers · Training new casual employees in policy and procedures · Co-ordinate archiving of security documents and storage
