Client Development Manager
Current•Establish and maintain relationships with key client decision makers. •Establish and maintain relationships with key internal functions and leaders•Partners with GM to execute overall retail strategy & portfolio dynamics in order to develop and support growth strategies and action plans. •Coordinates portfolio performance reviews with client.•Assures all contractual obligations are being met as part of project management. •Identify client CTQs & lead cross functional business teams to deliver.•Enhance Client Digital Footprint •Provide support to GM to assist in the sell in to client, new internal initiatives, digital and marketing programs/products. •Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve client relationship. •Coordinates portfolio performance reviews w/ client. •Provide value added analysis & reporting to client to evaluate & drive program performance.•Identify & implement programs to enhance profitability and reduce costs•Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
