I work with financial reporting and analysis for the management team and board of directors. As basis for this, I’ve built a group consolidation report of both PnL and balance sheet. Besides this, I’ve set up a process for Timesheet reporting, followed by all the company’s employees, with the main purpose of accurately allocating development costs to projects. I’m also part of a project group working towards improving financial reporting and increase automatisation for the Finance team and I’ve set up a new process for forecast and budget as well as supported in matters related to ESG reporting, cash flow, recruitment and valuation of operating projects. By 2025 CO2 emissions from energy consumption in the company’s own operations as well as from its vehicles and transports should be net zero, and by 2035, the same goes for the entire value chain.My responsibility as Finance Business Partner was to support the development and growth of OKQ8’s non-fuel business by working closely with business area Heads for Shop, Car wash and Mobility and Head of Purchase within the company’s largest division, Retail. The job consisted of a broad spectrum of business calculations and analyzes; revenue forecasts & scenario modeling, monthly closing reporting, business reviews, development and follow-up of financial KPI:s, business cases, budget, cost saving programs and a large variety of ad-hoc tasks. It’s an acquisition-intensive business. I was also responsible for the weekly reporting of KPI’s and analysis covering all three company divisions (Retail, B2B Sales and Online & Members) where the group management team were the stakeholders and I presented the report on a regular basis at the company's Townhall meetings. In addition to this, I’ve been SCRUM master for my closest team, meaning I maintained the structure for the teams’ improvement work, i.e. called for and facilitated meetings for sprint planning, weekly scrum and retrospective. As part of the SCRUM work, I was also project manager for financial follow-up and reporting improvements within Retail. This included coordinating requests from the business and making requirements towards our Business Intelligence team, as well as, building reports in Microsoft’s Business Intelligence solution, Power BI.
