By 2025 CO2 emissions from energy consumption in the company’s own operations as well as from its vehicles and transports should be net zero, and by 2035, the same goes for the entire value chain.My responsibility as Finance Business Partner was to support the development and growth of OKQ8’s non-fuel business by working closely with business area Heads for Shop, Car wash and Mobility and Head of Purchase within the company’s largest division, Retail. The job consisted of a broad spectrum of business calculations and analyzes; revenue forecasts & scenario modeling, monthly closing reporting, business reviews, development and follow-up of financial KPI:s, business cases, budget, cost saving programs and a large variety of ad-hoc tasks. It’s an acquisition-intensive business. I was also responsible for the weekly reporting of KPI’s and analysis covering all three company divisions (Retail, B2B Sales and Online & Members) where the group management team were the stakeholders and I presented the report on a regular basis at the company's Townhall meetings.
