I spent 5 years working with a group of self governing design and development contractors, providing work for clients such as: Ernst and Young, Sky, Pottermore, Informa, Cisco.I have worked across all areas of the user experience process from initial goal setting workshops, research with stakeholders and customers, defining problem statements, low fidelity and high fidelity designs and prototyping, user experience and user acceptance testing, creating final designs for release to the public and supporting the build process up until and after live deployment.I have been the lead designer of teams on previous projects and was responsible for hiring new team members, managing workloads and approving designs.My experience spans across all devices and software types from mobile up to desktop and televisions.My background is in Product Design and Technology, which focuses strongly on the needs of the customers. This gives me a great deal of empathy and allows me to remove my own needs and opinions, while truly keeping the customers needs as the most important factor in the decision making process.I speak both English and Spanish, am willing to work remotely or travel if necessary.
