I worked at myCircle as a lead User Experience and User Interaction Designer. This was a fast paced and exciting agile work environment. I worked along side 4 developers to create solutions to customers needs. The collaboration amongst the team was highly productive, releasing updates and features every week.Some of the tasks I undertook were:- User experience research and design- User interaction design (creating assets for the developers to use)- Creating high and low fidelity wireframes and mock ups using paper sketches, illustrator, photoshop and axure- User testing- User research- Competitor analysisThe projects I worked on were:- The iPad based PoS- The iPhone based complementary app for users to preorder and prepay for their food and drinks- The web based admin dashboard- The myCircle website

I worked at IAT for 3 months as a User Experience Designer undertaking a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. The aim of the project was to improve the online experience of an eCommerce platform and promote in a clever way an accompanying reward scheme.. This was done through customer validation, user testing (both organised and guerrilla), creative design thinking.The types of work involved:-Concepting and Paper Prototyping of future web pages and web applications for an e-commerce website.-Brainstorming-Creating prototypes and Wire Frames using MS Visio, Axure and paper sketching.-Competitor analysis and presenting the findings-Generating User Flow Diagrams and User Journeys.-Creating site maps-Developing interactive prototypes using Axure.-Capturing user requirements.-Carrying out User Testing and Focus Groups.

During my final year of university, I worked as a learning facilitator with first year design students. My role was to demonstrate different drawing and rendering techniques (how, why and when they would use a certain technique), in order to allow the students to be able to communicate their concepts and ideas with as much clarity as possible.
