About Emmi Kupari
Hi there! I am someone with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing communications industry making strategies to become actual implementations. That happens of course by understanding the different channels and possibilities, from digital marketing to press releases and from influencer campaigns to customer journey models. In my case, though, it mostly happens by helping the teams. I provide clear process paths and work a lot for an environment of super team feeling. The client always notices that and values the engaged team even more than the clear budgets and project plans that I also deliver. That's the reason for my recent Master's degree focused in Communications Management. I also wrote my thesis about developing engagement in teams with help of communications. I a nutshell, that’s my job as a Project Coach as well. Having passion is in communications comes handy in the world of marketing. It’s called marketing communications for a reason - it's telling interesting, stories with purpose in such channels that find your audiences and give them a reason to react. It’s testing and optimising to find the best messages and angles. Finding a position that you can own. Making impact. You know the feeling when you’ve succeeded in that?
