Jabian values talented generalist consultants. In my time here I've had a leadership role developing data-related solutions, along with process improvement and, more recently, artificial intelligence. My project roles have included these focus areas along with strategic planning, product management, vendor selection, and other types of work. Some specific project successes include:- Analyzing transaction data for thousands of wholesale automotive sales leading to arbitration claims. I identified patterns and opportunities for improved efficiency, then designed updated scorecard with quantitative and qualitative criteria for evaluating claims. I developed decision criteria and training materials to improve adoption of those criteria across several dozen claims agents.- Creating a customer segmentation model based on data describing customer business profile and history with the client. I evaluated components of customer product maturity, current and projected sales volumes, and historical usage of client products to describe customer relationship and future potential. I assigned >300 customers to segments, described relationship strategies differentiated by segment, and trained client staff on ongoing evaluation as customer relationships evolve over time.- Guiding vendor selection for a knowledge management tool supporting an IT service team- Developing a catalog of strategic data assets and action plans to bring data customers in line with new syndication plans- Managing internal reporting and metrics for rapidly scaling talent acquisition team- Developing strategic plan for cybersecurity innovation center, including identifying program goals and defining key leadership roles

My current roles are as Committee Chair with Pack 370, Atlanta Area Council, and Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 372. I previously served as Cubmaster for 5 years, and before that as Assistant Scoutmaster at Troop 232 for 14. I've had involvement in Venturing and Order of the Arrow programs, and have held various positions within the district and council. I believe in the value of the leadership skills and core values learned through the Scouting program and have enjoyed working with young people for many years.

Joined as a member of Kurt Salmon Healthcare Group. Focused on operations, performance improvement, and strategic facility planning. Applied industrial engineering techniques, lean methodologies, and analytic skills to a variety of problems facing healthcare organizations. With promotions my role evolved from analytics support to a more client-facing position, including producing and presenting a variety of deliverables, as well as development of recommendations and implementation plans. I worked on projects for academic, safety net, community, and children's hospitals such as Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare, Cook County Health and Hospital System, Mission Health, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, respectively. The KS Health Care Group was acquired by ECG at the end of July 2016.

Worked in the Emergency Department's Project Management Office. Using Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve the processes of the department, including the ERs at EUH and EUH Midtown. Directly supporting department transition to 'Care Team' model of patient care. Performed observation, simulation, and data analysis studies to drive recommendations to department leadership that improve patient length of stay and other key metrics. While in this position, average length of stay and time to provider both improved by 12-15%.

My primary role within the Engineering Economics Group was in support of an Air Force Research Lab project as a member of the systems engineering and integration team. My responsibilities were focused on risk management (identification, assessment, and tracking of program risks) and general systems engineering support.Additionally, I supported any SEI projects requiring analysis of recurring costs and/or ground operations activities, as well as various other activities within the EEG.

As a member of the Engineering Economics Group at SEI, my primary role was the design and implementation of two Discrete Event Simulation (DES) models used to analyze the life-cycle costs and schedules of future space launch vehicles. This project included research into past and present vehicles, along with existing efforts to model these metrics. The resulting tools are actively in use at SEI to aid in analysis of development cost, production cost, recurring costs, program schedules, and reusable vehicle turnaround times. I also supported various other projects and activities within the EEG, all with some focus on life cycle analysis or systems engineering for space access programs.

Tutored high school students in technical subjects. The only client I lost was one whose grades had improved so much his parents felt he no longer needed a tutor.

Responsible for delivering summer camp program at Woodruff Scout Reservation. Managed program staff of about 100 people in 8 program areas. Duties involved staff recruiting, training, planning, and implementing programs for 750 or more scouts per week.

Developed ARENA simulation model for C-5 modernization line at the Marietta, GA facility.

Instructed and supervised introductory physics lab for ~20 students each semester.
