As a member of the Executive Committee, I am responsible for overseeing the development and execution of SIS’ marketing strategy including marketing campaigns and tactics like digital marketing, thought leadership, and events. I work cross-functionally to continually enhance the customer experience (CX) with our cloud products and services, including conducting market and voice of the customer research. I develop and manage SIS’ partner network to deliver additional products and services to our customers that increase the value of our solutions.

Lead a team responsible for all inbound and outbound marketing functions focused on client acquisition, retention, and growth. As a member of the leadership team, I provide support for the SIS strategic plan focused on market and competitive analysis and product and go-to-market planning, including partnerships, channels, and acquisitions.

At MedQuist (now 3M MModal) I was responsible for leading all product management and product marketing, go-to-market, activities with a specific focus on SaaS solutions. Lead multiple PM teams focused on releasing new features, modules, and products in support of the automation, including the use of speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, and the reduction in the cost of delivering outsourced transcription and medical coding services.
