I was introduced to molecular genetic laboratory biology and focused on my master research project “The Application of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) in Parkinson's Disease”. I gained skills in laboratory-based activity:• DNA extraction• Sequencing• Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification (MLPA)• How to use NGS results in research.• Bibliographic research• Scientific writing skills (my thesis was written in French and English)

SUNY/CID is a leading university-based international development center dedicated to enhancing the knowledge and practice of governance and policymaking. Served as project officer for a project in Tunisia:-Provided technical assistance and capacity building to the Tunisian government, local universities, and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)-Assisted in recruiting and following up with the researcher working on a new study related to the rights of minorities-Prepared field research on community resilience in Tunisia

Augustin between Algeria, Tunisia and Italy -Helped delineate new cultural itineraries within the north-western region of Tunisia and the regions of Genoa and Milan in Italy-Managed the communication via emails and on social media-Assisted in the meeting with the different stakeholders (NGOs, mayors, governors, etc.) -Developed a network of a new NGOs and entrepreneurs working on promoting ecological agricultural and artisanal products along the itinerary. with other grassroots in the region

A firm of experts on Tunisia dedicated in offering investment opportunities, tourism services and product brokering to the USA. Helped with:-Expanded business commerce network to resource new products-Coordinated meetings between the two parties, where I assisted with briefing and translation (Tunisian – English)-Represented the HG in Tunisia with new partners -Provided information related to agricultural and artisanal Tunisian products and advised on inquiries related to the market

AID was founded in Tunis in 2012 by a group of Arab civil society activists and human rights advocates. Helped with:-Insured successful Project development and implementation where we trained more than 1000 of young Tunisian men and women. -Established a national network of more than 20 NGOs working on local governance in Tunisia-Managed communication and Translation (Arabic – French – English).-Organized successful activities and conferences with national and international stakeholders during the stressful years of security instability in the country-Applied for Grants with European, USA and other governmental and non-governmental institutions-Developed new partnership with other grassroots NGOs in the region
