Biography:Eigil Myrhøj Nielsen has since 1986 spent his work life on product development. The years up to 2001 was spent on electronics and software development mostly focusing on the electronics area. As Eigil has spent many years as a 3rd party developer, he has a very broad knowledge of different industries from medical through wireless to construction equipment.In the period 2001-2013 Eigil focused on leading product development activities and change management in general.Since 2013 he has as a freelancer delivered consultancy services in the area of organizational development, project management and technical consultancy and since 2015 the main focus is development of utility scale PV solar plants from 10MWp and up to 350MWp
