• Work with tournament teams to track charitable racial equity giving across tournaments and develop quarterly reports on progress and milestones toward $100M initiative (segmentation of AA, underrepresented groups, demographics, etc.)• Research demographics and high impact needs in host communities to help inform tournaments of potential community engagement opportunities/support (discovery briefs)• Collaborate with departments to determine opportunities that promote diverse programming, revenue generating options, and partnerships• Help identify and support outreach with corporations, affiliations, HBCUs, educational institutions, community groups and associations that support ILC goals• Liaise with community groups (100 BMOA, sororities, fraternities, First Tee, and organizations) to help bolster volunteer recruitment efforts and share and exchange information on best practices or impediments to building awareness, engagement, and support of efforts• Contribute to information featured on TOUR website, social media, LinkedIn, etc.• Produce/provide updates to Community & Inclusion tournament toolkit, including promotion ofFair Way award, etc. to build enthusiasm among tournament teams• Help develop, coordinate and support internal and external trainings, event sponsorships, presentations, etc. that increase awareness of TOUR’s DE&I efforts• Serve as editor of Community & Inclusion monthly newsletter, producing content that drives open rates and engagement• Oversee and manage sponsorship requests for funding• Work with marketing and storytelling teams to ideate, pitch stories that attract diverse fans andaudiences• Develop and produce State of the TOUR Community & Inclusion annual report• Special projects or other duties as assigned.

• Oversight of The First Tee Annual Fund (Core Values Fund) • Coordinate calendar of annual solicitations which will include both mail and online communications. • Manage donor lists, track donor response and create plan for program growth.• Steward individual donors at gift levels via phone calls with the intent of extending their commitment to The First Tee. • Grow Silver and Gold level corporate relationships• Educate the chapter network about the benefits of these relationships• Ensure payments are made annually by the Corporate Partner• Ensure that The First Tee meets its responsibilities per the contract and ensure proper recognition of the donor on The First Tee website, e-newsletters and in social media outlets• Manage contract renewals• Manage calls and emails from prospective Corporate donors and determine if the relationship is in line with The First Tee mission. • Oversee Tee it Up for The First Tee fundraising efforts working with golf course management companies on a variety of different initiatives including golf marathons. Participation in the Program is limited to no more than 12 students who are mentored by a distinguished business executive (the holder of the Dana Chair). Selected students will sign up for a special section of BUAD 495, Seminar in Business Administration and will have the opportunity to personally learn from a variety of business executives from throughout the region.
