While my job can certainly be demanding, it is nothing in comparison to what patients and their families battle daily. Recognizing this, I have instilled a “patient-first” mentality across my sales teams which has produced the dual benefit of positive medical outcomes and consistent sales growth.After 20+ years in sales, my teams are known for their clinical credibility with oncologists. This is important as oncologists need trusted advisors and resources to make informed treatment decisions for their patients. With that, I take great care to develop team members into indispensable customer business partners who influence HCP’s to try our products while simultaneously giving them an ally in the fight against cancer.Nothing is possible without a talented, collaborative, and inspired sales team. It begins with investing the time into the hiring process and selecting the right talent. Beyond that, it is all about building culture where my team members can thrive and laying a strong foundation of trust, respect, and fun. My approach to building culture is validated every day by my team’s sales performance, but also by the “buzz” it creates with sales reps in other regions.
