Worked closely with the Executive Creative Director and other team members to develop creative strategies and execute captivating 360º and editorial campaigns for global and national markets.Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team at FILA to identify key products, coordinate shoot and production logistics, and meet other necessary milestones to usher each project from creative brief to campaign launch.Led all aspects of photo shoot production, including creative concepting, location scouting, model castings, shot-list and schedule development, on-set art direction, post-production, and asset creation.Designed and implemented various creative assets for multiple platforms including eCommerce, social media, email, out-of-home, experiential and events, and company public relations.Led FILA’s creative efforts to “serve” tennis to fashion consumers in new and accessible ways, including pro-athlete photo shoots, tournament graphics and branding, sales catalogs, event partnerships, and experiential activations.Led the development of a system for brand standardization used in marketing and product design, and created brand guidelines in collaboration with key FILA brand stakeholders, such as the global leadership team.Supervised and mentored junior creative team members and specialty creatives, including retouchers, production designers, copywriters, and other freelance creatives.Oversaw third-party licensee creative to ensure alignment between partner designs and the FILA master brand.Partnered with the apparel team to design and develop a hangtag and packaging system for use across the brand's key categories, including collaboration partners in the U.S. and globally.Supported the marketing team in developing compelling narratives, forming strategic partnerships, and creating dynamic event materials.
