For me, service is about creating impact with cross-sector partnerships, interdisciplinary skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.In my current role as the Director of Sales Engineering at UpMetrics, I work with prospective partners at the intersection of their strategic, technical, and operational needs to design and launch impact measurement and management (IMM) solutions for them.Prior to UpMetrics, I built expertise in bridging the philanthropic, nonprofit, business, and government sectors focused on early childhood education and sports-based youth development at the Clinton Global Initiative, Right To Play, and USC Athletics. I also founded the nonprofit organization Give Running, bringing together and building up young people, volunteers, Olympians, and community partners across 6 continents.A "Double Trojan," I earned both my BA and MBA with honors from the University of Southern California, and walked on the USC Men’s Track & Field Team for four years to be elected Distance Team Captain as a Senior.My 15+ years of experience leading various community-based initiatives and developing IMM approaches uniquely positions me to build alignment and drive results among teams contributing towards shared goals through strategic partnerships and strengths-based coaching.I'm a proud girl dad and husband.
