As the Founder and CEO of EmployabilityUK, a registered social mobility charity, I am privileged to lead an organisation dedicated to empowering young people while delivering measurable social value. Recognised with the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2021, our work transforms aspirations into achievements, equipping young people with the confidence and skills to excel in the workforce.Drawing on over 30 years of expertise in employability, skills, and social value strategy, I have a proven track record in designing and delivering innovative learning and development solutions and programmes that drive economic and community-focused impact. My passion lies in creating initiatives that not only enhance opportunities for young people but also deliver tangible benefits to local communities and businesses of all sizes. As well as leadership of EUK, I provide social value consultancy for businesses that wish to bid for contracts and those that want to develop and enhance their skills and ESG strategy. At EmployabilityUK, we specialise in bridging the gap between education and the workplace by collaborating with businesses from all sectors.
