TÜBİTAK' ta satın alma ile başladığım kariyerime DAL A.Ş. de bakım mühendisliği ile devam ettikten bir müddet sonra üretim ve süreç yönetimi ile ilgilenmeye başladım. Devamında ise iş değişikliğine gittim ve YENİLER MOBİLYA ENDÜSTRİ MALZEMELERİ A.Ş. şirketinde Rollforming Süreç Sorumlusu olarak başladım ve geçen üç yolun sonunda Proses Sorumlusu olarak devam etmeye başladım. Aynı zamanda şirket içerisinde yeni projeler için oluşturulan Ür-Ge ekibinde bulundum ve Stratejik Malzeme Alımı ile ilgili sorumluluğu üstlendim. 2020 başı itibariyle Ür-Ge ve Proje Sorumlusu olarak görev almaya başladım ve devam etmekteyim. Bu kapsamda yurt içi ve yurt dışı makine alımlarına tasarım aşamasından başlayıp yerinde kontroller ve makine kabulüne kadarki tüm süreçleri yönetmekle sorumlu oldum. Süreklilik ve başarı temel prensipleri ile yoluma devam ederken bir sonraki macera ne olur merakla bekliyorum.
