Partner with various business units to identify training and development needs on different topics, including communications, leadership and management.Manage development, customization and implementation of learning solutions specific to audience needs. Use advanced knowledge in instructional design methods, including conceptual knowledge and application of adult learning theory, in producing relevant training materials.Partner with subject matter experts to identify gaps or training needs and develop internal training programs. Deliver company-wide training programs. Review trainer-written materials for consistency in accordance with business writing standards. Maintaining training courses under the budget allocated for each department. Implement evaluation metrics to assess impact of training efforts. Manage outside vendors and consultants.
