Facilities Engineer
Current- Conduct regular site inspections, verify service completion, and ensure documentation, organize and track preventive/reactive maintenance by service providers. - Communicate with service providers and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, investigate and resolve facility issues through effective communication with stakeholders. - Coordinate, monitor, and supervise building service providers, ensure all operations comply with building rules/community guidelines and maintain records.- Developed and implemented preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of facility assets and minimize downtime.- Oversaw the implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enhance the well-being of occupants. - Optimized utility usage and reduced operational costs through energy conservation initiatives and the adoption of sustainable practices.- Managed the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management, to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.- Facilitated seamless CAPEX project execution by developing comprehensive project plans, SOW, technical evaluation, allocating resources effectively, and monitoring progress against established milestones.- Conducted performance evaluations and provided ongoing feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development.- Acted as a liaison between facility management and other departments to ensure alignment of objectives and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
