Duties & Responsibilities• Carried out routine schedule maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.• Investigated equipment failures to diagnose faulty operation and made appropriate maintenance recommendations and practiced Root-cause analysis to diagnose backdown problems.• Monitored and controlled maintenance costs and dealt with emergencies, unplanned problems and equipment.• Investigate underperformance issues and develop effective solutions.• Provide implementation recommendations and support to Central Maintenance Department regarding component servicing, repair, replacement, and retrofit solutions including work instruction development, preliminary BOQ/BOM and preliminary planning.• Review safety and quality aspects of component repair and replacement as necessary.• Submits site daily reports, estimated and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.• Train site junior engineers; evaluate their performance; encourage and assist them with their development.• Direct supervision of maintenance electrician’s, mechanics and contractors doing technical maintenance related services at site.• Ensure preventive maintenance services are scheduled in accordance with the accepted intervals and standards and the work is performed in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities• Supervising installation, testing & commissioning of PV modules, String Monitoring Box, Inverter, Transformer, Underground cables, AIS, GIS, SVG, ACDB/ DCDB panels, EDG etc. • Supervision of installation of Earthing Protection System at Inverter station and switchyard.• Supervising installation and commissioning of Fire protection, CCTV and Lightning protection system. • Carryout inspection of material & equipment before installation and start of work respectively.• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.• Perform Central Inverter (SG3125HV-20) Schedule, preventive and corrective maintenance work. • Perform 240 mm2 DC cable, 33 kV_95 mm2 copper cable Insulation resistance testing and termination work.• Supervising schedule, preventive and corrective maintenance of Transformer, Weather station, Switchgear, Bus PT, Bus coupler, generator, SVG, Battery bank, UPS and switchyard materials.• Perform GIS rupture disc replacement, SF6 gas refill, GIS ups battery bank replacement, temperature controller module replacement etc.• Perform PV floating voltage test, PV performance (I-V) test, Insulation resistance test, transformer DAR test, battery bank test, Earth resistance test etc.• Prepare daily plant performance reports and provide feedback to make improvement generation and overall plant performance. • Plan and co-ordinate with operation and maintenance engineers to schedule and optimize plant outage.
