• Lead and manage the team of accounts payable and taxation.• Prepare and maintain cash flow analysis.• Assist in preparing quarter/annual financial statements.• Review expense sheet for financial reporting.• Review branch wise profitability report.• Review dashboard projects on BI.• Review accruals, reinsurance, and bonuses.• Making schedules of accounts for tax audit purposes.• Common reporting standard (CRS) Compliance.• Update internal systems with financial data.• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs.• Preparation of periodic budget forecast.

•Full charge processing of all accounts payable activities•Manage withholding tax payments FBR/PRA/SRB/KPK/Azad Kashmir •Manage filing of monthly and annual statement of withholding tax•Manage filing of annual return of the company in two different territories•Management of notices from tax authorities •Assist in making schedules of accounts for tax audit purpose •Common reporting standards (CRS) filing•Reconciliation of accounts •Successfully implemented new technologies & process automation to encourage continuous improvement.•Reconcile vendor statements & handle payment complaints or discrepancies•Manage Agents’ Commission & Allowances•Prepare statement of cash flow

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies• Reconcile vendor statements and communicate with vendors and/or internal departments as necessary• Co-ordinate with internal departments/branches to ensure timely approval of invoices• Validate vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures• Assist with month end accounting closing and accruals• Provide supporting documentation for audits• Other duties as assigned
