Currently working in Serioplast Global Group which exists across the globe with 34 plants in 16 countries and an annual turnover of Euro 350 million. In my current role, I am working in the capacity of Head of Finance/Finance controller and managing and supervising Reporting, Payable, Treasury, Receivable, Financial analysis and planning, Insurance, Legal & SECP matters of Pakistan plant. and below are my major responsibilities:➢ Drive the company’s financial planning, budgeting and performance while providing strategic recommendations and advice to Regional Director and members of the global management team.➢ Ensure implementation of financial strategies.➢ Analyze data, prepare accurate financial forecasts, and identify strengths and weaknesses to propose corrective action plans.➢ Ensure appropriate cash flows for the company’s operations.➢ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.➢ Ensure compliance with Prevalent Tax regime (FBR Notices, GST, Provincial Tax, WHT etc.)➢ Ensure compliance with all matters of legal & SECP.➢ Looking after all insurance related matters.➢ Supervise all treasury related matters (Imports, LCs, Open account, TDRs etc.➢ Approve and verify all payments of the company.

Worked as an Assistant Manager Finance in HUBCO. Following were my major responsibilities at Hubco: ➢ Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to Board members, leadership and stakeholders while recommending further courses of action.➢ Manage operations of the Accounts Payable department of Hubco & Its 7 subsidiaries, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. ➢ Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations. ➢ Establish and maintain authority manuals and policies and procedures for the company. ➢ Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. ➢ Maintain Fixed asset register of Hubco & subsidiaries.Following were my achievements while working with HUBCO.➢ Aligned processes which resulted in Payment processing time to 3-4 days.➢ Involved in operations and maintenance takeover of Hub, Narowal and Laraib Plants which resulted in an increase in company’s profit.➢ Lead and trained staff in projects of Oracle implementation at different plants.➢ Actively participated in integration process of Maximo with Oracle financial system.➢ Updated policies & procedures and Manuals of the company & its subsidiaries for better MIS.➢ Maintained Company’s Fixed Asset Register, CWIP Accounts and prepared monthly Fixed Asset Reconciliation also completed fixed asset tagging assignment before deadline on all plants.➢ Actively participated in preparation of Corporate Plan, Management accounts & Financial statements.➢ Reconciled Fuel and spares inventory of all plants of the company.➢ Automated company vouchers management which resulted in online access on company’s data.

Reporting to CFO & Directors. I was responsible for accounting & finance function of the organization. Being part of a start-up organization and finance team, dealt with bankers, insurance companies, external auditor, corporate regulators and tax authorities. Reported to CFO, GM Finance & Manager Finance. PBL is having annual turnover of over $300 million. I have been assigned few very challenging task which were achieved and caused financials benefit to the company. Saved millions of rupees for company against short term borrowing interest to various banks.
