• Maximize the sales development for Safety Division through business plan and develop and implement sales strategies that enable the company to achieve its corporate objectives• Contribute to the development of the company’s corporate strategy, particularly in relation to sales & service objectives• Develop and implement all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales & service function operates efficiently and effectively and achieves its objectives• Direct and control the company’s sales & service staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales & service targets and that they carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the required standards• Monitor the performance of the sales & service function and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met • Develop and control the budget for the sales & service function to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized• Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position• Develop and implement a customer service strategy which provides short and long-term customer satisfaction and meets corporate objectives • Organize service process in terms of resources, volume, quality, operating profit and planning• Maximize revenue from services through service business plan.• Organize order generation and service execution process in terms of resource, volume, quality, KPI’s and planning together with all Sales and Service Managers• Develop and implement local Sales Channel strategies in accordance with regional and global strategies maximizing market coverage and sales efficiency.
