Hammerstein and Keiper) by reducing the supplier base from 107 to 55 strategic suppliers within the European market• Control all strategic and operational sourcing activities of the stamping commodity worth 130 Mio$ spend per year and spread over 25+ plants across Europe.• Driving EU Stamping Commodity in all areas which contributes to the success of the Global Team • Creating and presenting business cases to the Adient Business Group leadership team. • Leading stamping tool move Project. Moved approx. 110 Tools within EU with favorable Business Case over the remaining project life time• Commercial negotiation with Suppliers for those with unfavorable Business case • Leading Commodity Meetings on a regular basis with Operational Buyers within EU to drive Commodity Strategies, creating roadmaps to exceed yearly saving goals• Ensure that EU Stamping Commodity is well aligned with the risk Management to make sure Adient is protected in case of Distressed Suppliers • Preparing and presenting the regular executive review package to the EMEA leadership including all KPIs• Meeting PPM Targets by monitoring PPM Rates on a monthly basis
