The purpose of financial consulting is to lead the Budget and Reporting, Treasury, Accounting departments of companies on a part-time and long-term basis,• Establishing an integrated finance structure with all departments of the company,• Identifying and monitoring the risks that the company may face in the future,• Ensuring effective use of company resources,• Ensuring the strengthening of the company's financial structure against conjunctural and economic fluctuations,• Leading the interoperation of Finance and other departments' processes with the structuring of an IT-based integrationBUDGET and REPORTING• Establishment of the annual budget, monthly comparisons with the actual budget,• Review of income and expenditure items, investigation of cost reduction methods,• Introducing a new reporting standard and identifying leading KPIs and OKRs so that management can gain insight,• Product-based profitability studies,• Preparation of new business models,• Preparation of investor presentations.TREASURY • Creating the company's long-term cash flow projections, • Coordination with sales and cost centers in accordance with the cash flow projection,• Negotiations with banks and other financial institutions, search for alternative sources,• Managing collection processes by taking into account financing costs.ACCOUNTING, ERP AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE• Establishment of period closing disciplines, • Embedding an internal control system within accounting,• Accelerating accounting processes and increasing efficiency through IT-based developments, • Close communication with the competent authorities on tax matters,• Creation of financial, sales and operational reporting sets via Power BI.
