Resolved policy issues with appropriate agency, ensured all processes and documents were accurate and met the ever-changing requirements. Process Improvement – Successfully reduced processing of application time from 7 days to 3 days. Creative Problem Solving – Established key relationships with developers, property managers and other housing partners focused on addressing client complaints and resolving issues.
