Construction Phase- Creating the related Work Schedule emphasizing the key activites and the critical path- Kicking off the construction phase ensuring the having of all required documents, permits and entitlements- Monitoring the construction and coordination of all groups- Preparing the daily construction reports including the critical issues- Reporting the critical problems and recommending the effective solutions respecting the Client's design requirements- Preparing the related cash flow and payment certificates following/during the completion of the Construction Phase5. -Do technical control and prepare technical acceptance report for street stores which will be rented,-Prepare technical annex with mall managements for every upcoming stores (this step clarifies takeover condition of premise from Landlord),-Control all details of store full set projects with its BoQ and to give revision if necessary,-Arrange tender for fitout process,-Prepare construction agreement for winner contractor,-Takeover the site from Landlord according to technical annex conditions, to detect snags and to report,-Arrange kick off with contractor,Control contractor's site works in daily basis (from reports),-Do interim control at the middle of fitout process,-Handover the site from contractor with controlling the site physically and to prepare handover protocol,-Control and calculate progress payment report and to prepare final cost report with all attachments,-Prepare delay report at the end of fit out process for every store,-Give payment orders for both project and fitout processes with controlling invoices according to rules.
