Broad based the generation technology mix to add utility solar, distributed solar and storage. • Investments – Negotiated equity and debt financial close of investments exceeding US$ 2b for more than ten projects across five different countries. • Policy Advocacy – Steered stakeholder discussions with regulators for renewable energy policies.

Transformed for growth, profitability and capability development of a renewable energy business with wind and solar power generation. Key milestones included: • Threefold increase in shareholder value - Delivered an increase in company shareholder valuation of more than US$ 500m. • Scaled Business – Transformed for threefold growth in capacity to 1,729MW within 3 years. Managed a business with more than 30 power generation plants across seven different states in India with contracted annualized revenue of US$ 300m. • Most competitive wind power bidder – Achieved 100% success rate in National Wind auctions. Steered the team to emerge as the largest capacity winner with 800MW of capacity in in SECI 1, 2 and 3 while preserving investment returns. • Technology solutions – Launched a set of performance enhancement initiatives based on integration of ancillary solutions from global technology scouting. Steered the team to build a digital data analytics platform for real time visualization and analysis of asset performance. • Capability development – Designed methodologies for improving plant availability by up to 3% and reduce O&M costs by more than 25%. Restructured Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s) with under-performing LTSA vendors and transitioned to in-house O&M. Built out organization, developed vendors and procedures for largest self O&M in the country.
