Over three decades of rich experience in solving operational and execution related challenges, moving into a new role with partnership & influencer relationship management team for #IOA Service line at Cognizant.Previously was the Head of Strategic Operations at Cognizant Philippines 🇵🇭 for more than a decade - in this role I was responsible for co-owning and executing the strategy for the Philippines Center, where I lead a team of professionals in managing the budget, performance, real estate, and compliance aspects of the business. I am a TOGAF 9 certified architect with a strong background in international trade, and I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions for complex business challenges.Prior to joining Cognizant Philippines, I held senior management roles at Cognizant's Global Technology Consulting team and before that with Sify Technologies, where I developed and implemented strategies for entering new markets, building a practice of business-IT alignment consultants, and enhancing the customer value proposition. My career started with procurement of components for computer peripherals, medical equipments and telecom exchanges for L&T Mysore and subsequently I worked with Talbros Engineering to launch new product lines in automotive aftermarkets and then I moved to Visteon as part of team responsible to launch several new cars in India during the late 1990s.I have published multiple papers and contributed to the two best-selling books ( one on operational excellence and one on business transformation).I am passionate about learning, innovation, and community welfare. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to drive growth, transformation, and excellence for Cognizant and its clients.
