The current research experience added to my socially responsible start-up endeavors and enriching 20+ years of industry. It comprise heading a team of 300 ITES professionals for digital transformation of maps, consulting multi-state cooperative organizations having Rs.10,000 crore annual turnover for various business programs, founding a social enterprise to undertake capacity building of more than 1000 rural citizens, associating them as FPOs, facilitating new product development and linking them to markets for their natural agri-produce. My patented innovation in the domain of intelligent mechanics has applications in clean-tech, food-processing and agri-tech. My efforts got recognition in media, including Forbes India, CNBC TV, Financial Express, Prevention, Hindustan Times and India Today. I was honored with’ Krishi award’ on 26th Jan 2004 and ‘leadership achievement award’ in 2015. I am national runner up of CNBC-Maruti Think Big Challenge and recipient of ‘i3 innovation challenge award’ given by CII and Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. My research works are published in ABDC-A level journals and presented at national and international conferences.
