- Managing the projects carried out with the customer in accordance with the project plan and customer acceptance criteria- Carrying out pricing and feasibility studies in all quotation working processes, preparing and presenting quotations to customers according to the current market situation- Coordinating with the production teams by actively being in the production area- Making trials on the production line in accordance with the project plan, carrying out studies to ensure that the results are compatible with customer acceptance criterias- Managing communication and relationship with the customer, and acting as the primary communication contact in the whole process.- Working to bring new project opportunities to the company- Conducting fundamental analysis of feasibility, capacity, price, etc. in new project opportunities. - Managing PPAP and APQP processes.

*Responsible for RFQ and RFI processes. -Organizing and managing RFQ and RFI processes. -After working on the prices and checking all details, submitting to customers on time and correctly. Following on the status of the offer with customers and try to reach target prices to start a new business.-Evaluating the technical documents regarding projects in terms of manufacturability. Suggesting or discussing alternative materials or processes if projects are not compliant with our production system.*Staying in touch with customers.-Informing the customers about FAI (First Article Inspection) project status, serial products, or processes in our meetings (Daily or weekly).-Increasing the potential turnover with existing customers.-Looking for new potential customers.-Searching the marketing and new projects regarding our production system and goals.*Filling out and evaluating some technical documents regarding current or new projects and some agreements then giving information to the related departments to start work orders internally or outsource.

If needed, planning technical meeting and giving information to customers regarding status of process.• Organizing and managing bidding processes and workload inhouse, ensuring submit to customers on time.• Filling required technical documents regarding sales department and informing the company or/and customers. • Staying in touch with customers and their web portals for quotation status/revisions, FAI projects / pre-serial production and serial production.•Meeting with new customers, giving information regarding company and production system, suggesting alternative materials or designs for quotations processes.

I have been one year at the Technical University of Liberec/Czech Republic for the last year of my master's degree. I have worked on manufacturing aluminum alloys via squeeze casting technology and I have prepared my master thesis. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work with international academics and students.
