Execute the commissioning of new cable production machinery lines at North America Division:•⁠ ⁠PLC programming and commissioning of new plastic extrusion machines and rubber compounds (cable machines).•⁠ ⁠Startup of motor drives (parameterization and commissioning).•⁠ ⁠Automation and control problem solving during commissioning process.•⁠ ⁠Electrical installation of power and control devices of new machines.

•⁠ ⁠Responsible of paint process department.•⁠ ⁠Daily analysis of all paint line parameters.•⁠ ⁠Continuos improvement of PFMEA and control plan.•⁠ ⁠Development of problem solving 8Ds in paint line.•⁠ ⁠Management of air filtration system for all paint line.•⁠ ⁠Commisioning and tryouts of new projects.•⁠ ⁠Ensure the paint line KPIs (Ok rate, FTQ, Scrap, OEE).

•⁠ ⁠Develop PFMEA, control plan and work instructions for paint line process.•⁠ ⁠Improve cycle time in loading/unloading of painted plastic parts.•⁠ ⁠Commissioning and tryouts of paint line conveyor and process.•⁠ ⁠Creation of working instructions to assure the quality of the process.•⁠ ⁠Paint defect analysis and develop preventive/corrective actions.•⁠ ⁠Monitoring of paint line process parameters: booths, RASU, powerwash, RO, PTAR, paint sludge separator, mix room, ovens and cooling systems.

•⁠ ⁠PLC & HMI programming during paint line commissioning. •⁠ ⁠Startup of motor drivers by Siemens / SEW of conveyor system.•⁠ ⁠Follow up of electrical and mechanical issues in paint line process.•⁠ ⁠Control, maintenance and supervision of paint line equipment (conveyor, paint booths, ovens, cooling systems and washer).

•⁠ ⁠PLC and vision camera programming to improve production rates.•⁠ ⁠Integration of new product models at workstations.•⁠ CAD to machinery pieces and manufacturing tools to optimize the production process.•⁠ ⁠Creation of process documentation (PFMEA, flow charts, working instructions, autonomous and preventive maintenance).•⁠ ⁠Deal with suppliers to modify production lines to improve the quality of products or new models.
