My roles within IBA gave me the opportunity to work through a full project cycle; Starting from the Presales activities through Implementing and Handing over the project, all the way to give the proper support for the solutions.- Create new opportunities by assisting the Sales Specialist in any presentation/meeting with the customer’s business people, as well as to present and demonstrate the company’s solutions directly to the customer’s technical team.- Own pre-sales engagement by being the contact point in front of the customer as well as to be the focal point inside the company to give updates and progress status for all pilots. - Perform Pilots/PoCs at the customer’s production environment.- Understanding the RFPs and work on analyzing them and validate the technical response.- Preparing the technical proposals with high & low level architecture designs, Creating BoQs and specifying the SOW.- Maintain the technical relationship with the technical team from the vendors to be always up-to-date on new releases or technologies they are using. Moreover, testing new releases and pointing out any bugs.- Perform end-to-end deployment for all awarded projects; Preparing the Infrastructure, Installing the prerequisites, Installing and Configuring systems and equipment’s and to Integrate with other systems.- Testing the system, training the customer’s engineers, Hand over the project and providing the Handover document.- Be first line of support in front of the customer and to escalate the unsolved cases to the vendor.- Be responsible for customer satisfactions by gathering feedback from the customers at all times and escalate, internally, any reason for an unsatisfied customer and propose how to solve his issues- Maintaining the company’s production Datacenter by installing, configuring and administrating the hosted services.- Preparing and maintaining the lab environment for training and demonstration the systems when needed.
